Qualtrics X4 Summit 2025: The future of experience

This March, Francisco Peirano, our Commercial Manager, attended the X4 2025 Qualtrics event in Salt Lake City, the world’s leading experience management summit.
During the event, we had the opportunity to connect with our partners and clients, exchanging ideas and insights on the latest trends in experience management. One of the key topics at the summit was the efficient and strategic use of artificial intelligence in XM, where several innovations were showcased, such as:
Experience Agents: AI-driven autonomous agents designed to directly interact with customers and employees, enhancing the effectiveness of interactions.
Synthetic Data: The new product, Qualtrics Edge, combines synthetic data, AI-powered applications, and expert services. This solution allows organizations to anticipate consumer behavior, explore emerging trends, and track competitive positions, all without relying on large volumes of real data or manual research.
