Qualtrics X4 2026: The key event in experience management

This year, Francisco Peirano, Commercial Manager, and Ignacio Peirano, Consulting Manager, attended Qualtrics' X4 2026 in Seattle, Washington, one of the world's leading gatherings in experience management (XM).
For three days, the event brought together leaders, experts, and organizations from around the globe to share ideas, actionable strategies, and forge valuable connections. This year's focus was on transforming insights into action, with a strong emphasis on the real-world impact of artificial intelligence on customer and employee experience.
