Event: Development as a Key Driver of Employee Experience

Last Monday, October 6th, we hosted the breakfast event “Development as a Key Driver of Employee Experience” in partnership with Qualtrics and The People Future. This gathering brought together leaders and HR professionals around a common goal: to reflect on the role of development in improving the employee experience.

During the event, the latest trends in Employee Experience (EX) were discussed, findings from recent research were shared, and real-world case studies of organizations evolving their management practices toward high performance were presented. A networking session also provided an opportunity for attendees to engage in conversations and learn from each other.
