Optimizing The Educational Experience: A Look Back at Our Webinar with Qualtrics

On Tuesday, September 10, 2025, together with Qualtrics, we hosted the webinar “Optimizing the Educational Experience: Managing the Student Voice.”

It was an opportunity to discuss how technology can transform the way educational institutions listen to and manage student feedback, addressing current challenges in the sector and showcasing concrete solutions to face them.

In this session, Jennifer Peregrino from Qualtrics and Francisco Peirano from Lateral Unit shared how these solutions enable educational institutions to:

• Strengthen academic assessment.

• Enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Centralize all evaluations within the Qualtrics Student Portal.
