Retail Congress 2023

This year, the 20th International Retail Congress was held in Lima, Peru, focusing on sharing local and international experiences to provide industry insights, highlighting key trends, changes, and challenges in the sector. The main theme this year was customer experience.

Lateral Unit was invited as a speaker, where, together with Qualtrics, we presented key guidelines for holistic experience management.
