Qualtrics X4 Summit 2023

After 3 years due to the pandemic, Qualtrics once again hosted the world's leading XM event. We participated alongside some of our clients and partners. During the event, we observed new technology trends, primarily related to artificial intelligence and cross-experience management (Cross XM), which focuses on integrating different experience verticals for a more comprehensive strategy.
